Baked Parmesan Chicken Drumsticks

Delicious, juicy breaded drumsticks that are baked in the oven, not fried! This recipe is so easy to make and produces the perfect drumstick! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!





Ingredients

9 drumsticks

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set a baking rack on top of the baking sheet, if you have one.

2. Place drumsticks in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Massage oil onto each drumstick to coat.

3. In a large ziplock bag add the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine. Place drumsticks in the ziplock bag and seal closed. Shake bag to evenly coat the drumsticks.

4. Arrange drumsticks on the baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through. If you are not using a baking rack, be sure to flip drumsticks halfway through cooking process.
