Healthy Berry Crumble

This Healthy Berry Crumble is the perfect balance between healthy and sweet. Butter and sugar are swapped out for coconut oil and maple syrup and the results are spectacular!





Ingredients


For the filling:

2 cups strawberries, chopped

2 cups blueberries

1/2 cup maple syrup


For the crumble:

1 cup oats

1/5 cup oat flour or regular flour

1/2 cup maple syrup

3 tablespoons coconut oil

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup slivered almonds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix berries and maple syrup in a bowl and then transfer to a pie plate.

2. Mix all the crumble ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle on top of berries.

3. Bake for 40 minutes.
