Homemade Peach Jam

It's peach season and I am in peach heaven! Preserving some of this goodness for my future self to keep enjoying although Homemade Peach Jam is what's going on almost everything I can think of so it may not last too long! This peach jam recipe is super simple to make and uses only 3 ingredients! Can't get any better than that!





Ingredients

6 peaches

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1/3 cup honey


Directions

1. Peel the skin of each peach and remove the pits. Chop roughly and then add to a food processor with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and process until smooth.

2. Transfer to a saucepan and add 1/3 cup honey. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes or until desired thickness is achieved, stirring occasionally. Partially cover with a lid to prevent splatter while you are doing this. This recipe will make about 1 1/2 cups of peach jam. Store in refrigerator.
