Light Creamy Coleslaw

This creamy slaw is made lighter by using plain Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise! Super easy to make and delicious! The perfect side for summertime grilling or just about anything!


Ingredients

4 cups coleslaw mix

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoons vinegar

1 tablespoons maple syrup

salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
