Pea, Prosciutto and Pesto Pizza

A light, deliciously green pizza that is packed with flavour! The pesto adds such a great fresh taste to this pizza, you will definitely not be able to stop after 1 slice! We made this pizza with a pre-cooked multi-grain crust, but feel free to use your favourite pizza dough- just adjust the cooking time as needed.





Ingredients

1 pre-cooked multigrain pizza crust

1/4 cup pesto

3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup peas

3 slices prosciutto


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Place pre-cooked pizza crust on a baking sheet.

2. Spread 1/2 of the pesto on the crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

3. Sprinkle on peas and prosciutto to cover pizza evenly. Spoon the remaining pesto on top.

4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
