Peach Caprese Salad

Peach Caprese Salad is everything that is good about summer on a plate! Fresh peaches, tomatoes and basil are complimented by fresh mozzarella and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

2-3 medium tomatoes, sliced

2 peaches, sliced

400g fresh mozzarella, sliced

1/3 cup fresh basil leaves

salt and pepper

olive oil for drizzling

balsamic glaze for drizzling

Directions

Arrange tomato, peach, mozzarella and basil slices on platter. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
