Herby, cheddary biscuits? Yes, please!

Recipe makes about 10 biscuits.

Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup cold butter

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1/2 cup sour cream

1/3 cup milk

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425F.

2. In your food processor, add flour, baking powder and salt. Pulse a few times to combine. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles a course meal. Mix in the rosemary, sour cream and cheese. Gradually add milk and pulse a few times until dough begins to clump together.

3. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and bring together into a ball. Flatten the ball out into a disk about 1 inch thick. Using a cookie cutter or a cup, cut out your biscuit.

4. Place biscuits onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. The top of the biscuits should be a nice golden brown.
