A Sunshine Smoothie to start of your day! Peaches, lemon, honey and turmeric give your body a deliciously healthy start!
Ingredients
2-3 peaches
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup coconut water, milk or liquid of choice
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust to your tastes if needed.
