Sweet Potato Wedges with Spicy Honey Mustard Dip

This sweet potato side dish is an easy one to make and super tasty! The wedges are seasoned with herbs and spices and roasted in the oven. They're made extra delicious by pairing them with a spicy honey mustard dipping sauce! Healthy food that's also tasty food!





Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper


1/4 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons honey mustard

Hot Sauce, adjust to personal taste


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into wedges. Place in a bowl and add the olive oil and spices. Toss to coat evenly.

3. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, honey mustard and hot sauce to create sauce.
