Whipped feta is a quick and easy dip that can be made in less than 5 minutes! Depending on the saltiness of your feta, you may wish to add more cream cheese. Feel free to play around with the ingredients. You can use different herbs or fresh herbs, or maybe some garlic to change up the flavour and suit it to your tastes.
Ingredients
200 grams feta, crumbled and at room temperature
125 grams cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
1. Add feta to food processor and pulse until feta is in small crumbles. Add cream cheese and puree for 3 minutes, stopping a couple of times to scrape down the sides.
2. Add olive oil, oregano, and the lemon juice and puree 1 more minute.
