Delicata Squash Fries

Roasted Delicata Squash Fries are my new favourite thing to snack on! The skin on this squash is edible, making it an easy recipe and one heck of a tasty snack! Serve with your favourite dip and snack away guilt free!





Ingredients

2 delicata squash

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon onion powder

salt and pepper


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Cut squash in half lengthwise and spoon on the seeds. Slice the squash into 1/4 inch wedges and arrange on baking trays.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with onion powder, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven until tender, approximately 25 minutes.
