Grilled Chili Lime Chicken

This Grilled Chili Lime Chicken recipe is the perfect fresh and light addition to your summer dinner! The recipe is incredibly easy and the results are a moist, flavourful chicken thigh making this dish a winner in our book!





Ingredients

6-8 chicken thighs

1/4 cup olive oil

juice of 1 lime

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper


Directions

1. Place chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour into the bag with chicken thighs. Seal bag and shake or massage the marinade onto chicken to ensure they are all coated. Place in fridge and let marinade for 30 minutes.

2. Heat grill on medium. Grill chicken until cooked through, flipping as they cook.
