Serves 4-5 people
Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes
2 zucchinis
1 eggplant
2 lbs asparagus
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dry oregano
salt and pepper
Directions
Slice up vegetables. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Grill on medium heat until cooked through and soft.
