This Pumpkin Steusel Bread is seriously tough to beat! Moist, fluffy and incredibly delicious, this is seriously the best pumpkin bread I've ever had! This deliciously moist pumpkin bread is topped with a pumpkin spice streusel and is sure to give you all the Fall flavour you crave!

Ingredients

1 2/3 cups flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup apple sauce

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Streusel Topping

2/3 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Ensure the parchment paper hangs over the side a bit so that you can grab onto it later to pull the loaf out of the pan.

2. To make the cake, mix flour, salt, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.

3. In a large bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, apple sauce, milk and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.

4. Mix the streusel ingredients with a fork, being careful not to over stir. Using your hands to break up any larger pieces, sprinkle the topping on top of the pumpkin batter.

5. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then take hold of the overhanging parchment paper and carefully lift the pumpkin bread out of the pan and set onto a cooling rack. Let cool completely before slicing.
