Roasted Chickpeas

A high protein, healthy snack that is simple to make and delicious! Feel free to adjust and substitute the spices to add different flavours or add more heat! The possibilities are endless!



Ingredients

2 cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon Italian spice

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

3. Spread out onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Add salt to taste if needed.
