Traditional Greek Salad is a healthy, fresh side dish perfect for most dishes! Super easy to make and packed with veggies, this simple salad is sure to be a favourite!
Makes 2-3 servings
Ingredients
3 small tomatoes, sliced into wedges
3/4 cup cucumber, chopped into bite sized pieces
1/4 onion, sliced
1/4 cup whole Kalamata olives (or your favourite variety)
1/4 cup feta, crumbled
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into bite sized pieces. Place in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. Toss together to ensure salad is well mixed.
