These turkey burgers are juicy and herby and oh so yummy! Paired with a healthy creamy slaw, these burgers are an instant hit!
Makes 5-6 burgers
Ingredients
For the burgers:
1 lb ground turkey
2 eggs
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
To assemble burgers:
3 cups healthy coleslaw
6 hamburger buns
Directions
1. Mix all burger ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Form into hamburger patties and cook on grill until cooked through. Alternatively, you can bake these in the oven at 400F for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Serve on hamburger buns topped with coleslaw and your favourite toppings and enjoy!
